She was born June 9, 1927, in Wabeno, WI to the late Louis and Lillian (Harvey) Moore. She was a loving and devoted wife, loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Aunt, Friend. She enjoyed, shing, hunting, camping, sewing, crafting and spending time with her family. She is survived by her Husband, Art Washa; two Daughters: Diane (Gary) Janssen, Green Bay; Rose Pratt, Kewaunee; two sons: Michael (Diana) Kiederlen, Kissimmee, Kenneth (Cindie) Martiny, Saucier, MS; Step-Son, Leon Washa, Black River Falls.
She is further survived by thirteen Grandchildren, twenty-one Great-Grandchildren, and two Great- Great-Grandchildren, many Nieces, Nephews Friends. She will be sadly missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents Louis Lillian (Harvey) Moore; four Brothers: Harvey, Ambrose (Andy), Frederick (Fritz) Ferdinand (Ferdie); six sisters: Lucille (Ada), Zada, Rose, Mary Helena, Alice, Magdelina; a son-in-law Ted Pratt; and A Grandson Teddie Pratt. Washa, Violet Marie Lois Agnes (Beno) Vickman, 91, Green Bay, WI, passed away on December 11, 2014, due to complications from falling at her home last September. She was born in Green Bay to Henry and Josephine Beno on August 6, 1923. Lois was a war bride. She married Richard P.
Vickman in Charleston, SC on April 23, 1942. They were married for 57 years. Together they raised four sons, Peter West Bend, WI, Paul (Julie) Abrams, WI, Pat DePere, WI and Philip, Julie Hockers, Green Bay, WI. She has 11 grand children and a growing number of great grand children. Lois is also survived by two brothers, Donald (Gen) Beno, Kaukauna, WI and Gene (Mary) Beno, DePere, WI; Four sister-in laws, from Green Bay: Chester Kukla, Irene Heesaker, and Ronald (Joan) Vickman.

Strohfeldt age 59 of Whitelaw, was delivered to her eternal rest on Tuesday morning, December 9th, 2014. Doris graduated Brillion High School in 1973, worked for Mirro and Ariens Companies, and then became an independent art and craft vendor working fairs throughout the Midwest. Doris was survived by husband Charles Stro- hfeldt, daughter Shannon Strohfeldt, son Eric (Jenn) Strohfeldt, four sisters Judy (Wayne) Dunbar, Marjorie (Gene) Goldschmidt, Carol (Harvey) Boeder, Joyce (Richard) Holtz and four in-laws Mary (Karl) Erickson, Paul Strohfeldt, Barbara Torp (Mark Christel), William (Victoria) Strohfeldt, several nieces and nephews, and her beloved Siberian husky Bandit.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents Reuben and Erna Schaefer, sister Doris Joan Schaefer, father- in-law Chester Strohfeldt and mother-in- law Elizabeth Strohfeldt; also brother-in-law Randel Torp. Doris was a talented crafter and painter, and enjoyed many country music festivals, science Wction shows, and Native American culture. She had a great love and respect for nature, particularly wolves. She will be dearly missed. In honor of wishes a private family gathering will be held.

John Otto Kalies, 77, of De Pere, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday December 9, 2014 at home. The son of the late Herbert Sr.
and Mary (Burich) Kalies was born October 1, 1937 in Cato. John served his country in the U.S. Navy, on the USS Wisconsin. On November 10, 1962 he married the former Mary Naze in Lincoln. He had worked at UWGB for over 30 years and retired in 1999.
He was a member of the AFSCME and Local 1800. Survivors include his wife, Mary, children Christopher (Brenda) Kalies, Todd Kalies Debra Soderbeck), Kim (Ronald) Lilley, and Pamela Kalies, grandchildren, Jenna, Samual, Kendall, Merideth, Aaron, Celina, Aiden, Adele, one great-grandson, Ethan. He is also survived by his siblings, Herbert (Ruth), Joseph (Grace), Curt (Nancy) and Karen (Gary) Dille, as well as his sisters-in-law, Mickey Kalies, Terri Selvey, Yvonne Gigot, and Janet Swoboda; and a brother-in-law Aaron (Carol) Naze. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Kenneth and Ronald, as well as his parents-in-law, Elmer and Josie Naze and brother-in-law Gary Swoboda. Brouette, 91, Palm Harbor, passed away on Monday, Dec. 8, after a short illness. Ethel was born in Coleman, to the late Edward Behnke and Frieda (Ruhnke) Behnke. She resided in Green Bay for many years and was an insurance adjustor. Upon retirement, she and her late husband, Harold Brouette, relocated to Tampa, where they were long time members of the Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club.
Along with her many social activities including golf, Bridge, and Friendship Club, she loved spending time with family, especially her grandson, JeP Brouette, and his Black Lab, Zach. She was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Letzner and brother, Loren Behnke. James Philip Schlueter, 83, Green Bay, passed away Thursday morning, December 11, 2014, at a local nursing home.
Born April 30, 1931, in Dubuque, IA, he is the son of the late Frank and Florence (Loes) Schlueter. Jim attended grade school, high school and college in Dubuque before transferring to Iowa State University (Ames) where he received a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. He married Patricia Deming in Dubuque on September 10, 1955, and was an of Rcer in the US Air Force until 1960. After his military service, he moved the family to Green Bay. Jim was employed as a Design and Project Architect for Berner, Schober Associates and later at Martison Architects, before retiring in 2000.
Jim was an active member of St. Bernard Catholic Church where he was Scout Master for Troop President of the Holy Name Society, was on the Parish Council and was a founding member of the Community of John XXIII. He was also active in many professional and civic organizations and clubs: He served as President of Northeast Wisconsin American Institute of Architects, President of Northeast Wisconsin Arts Council; Vice Chairman of Green Bay Housing Authority; President of the Design Committee of Chairman of the Art Architecture Subcommittee of the Catholic Diocese; member of the Green Bay Downtown Kiwanis Club; and President and member of the Eastside Serra Club of Green Bay. Jim enjoyed camping, skiing, and family vacations, along with his professional, civic and religious involvement. James is survived by six children and their spouses, Kathy and Jef Trofka of Green Bay, Matt Schlueter of Green Bay, Mark and Laurie Schlueter of Appleton, Paul and Wendy Schlueter of Green Bay, Cary and Jef Bradley of Denver, CO, and Laura and Dave of Satelite Beach, FL; seven grandchildren and spouses, Amanda and Jesse Boeckman, Jessica and Chris Cunningham, Krista Trofka, David, Jim, Eileen and Leah four great-grandchildren, Cassie and Quinn Boeckman, Jasmine and Mason Cunningham; one sister, Loie Nicks of De Pere; nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Patricia Deming Schlueter; two grandchildren, Adam and Christopher sisters, Anna Mae Nicks, Sister Cecile Marie (Dorothy) Schlueter, Sister Carolyn (Rita) Schlueter, and Mary Arant; brothers-in-law, Melvin Nicks and Jack Arant. Daniel Bohm, 86, Howard, joined his wife in Heaven on Thursday, December 11, 2014. He was born April 23, 1928, in Bowler, WI to Alfred and Dorothy (Nequette) Bohm. Daniel graduated from Nicolet High School in De Pere, Class of 1947. He served in the Armed Forces in Germany from 1950 to 1952 in the 169th Medical Company. Daniel married Dolores Minten on December 27, 1952 at St.
Boniface Catholic Church, De Pere and they celebrated 49 years together. Daniel followed his father and worked for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad in the signal department for 42 plus years, retiring in 1988. He could make or Zx almost anything. With help, he built the fold down camper they used to take the family on vacations to almost all of the states. He enjoyed hunting and working on his property at Navarino.
Dan and Dolly also traveled extensively as avid birdwatchers. He always enjoyed a good game of Schafkopf. Daniel is survived by his children and their spouses, Donna (Dave) Karcz, Jeanne (Dan) Baeten, Mitch (Lori) Bohm, and Nancy Bohm; grandchildren, Dawn (Kyle) Severson, Denise (Chad) Weyenberg, David (Gretchen) Karcz, Ashley Baeten, Andrea Baeten and her Justin Lowen, Mark Bohm, Mike Bohm, Katie (Al) Dorn; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Cameron, and Autumn Severson, Madison, Sydney, and Grant Weyenberg, Collin and Harrison Karcz, Hunter, Isabella and Calvin Bohm, and twins, Klara and Louie Dorn; a sister, Jackie (Al) Anderson; brothers, Richard (Sharon) Minten and Paul (Jean) Minten; and many nieces and nephews. and Charlotte (Cavil) Knuth was born March 10, 1918 in Wrightstown. He was a 1935 graduate of East High School, Green Bay. Butch served in the PaciSc Theater in the U.S. Army during WWII, serving in Battery 121st Field Artillery, 32nd Division. On December 22, 1945 he married Mary Messinger in Green Bay.
Butch was trained as an electrician and worked with Ray Van Den Heuvel in the early years. He worked at Nicolet Paper Company for 22 years prior to retirement in 1983. Upon his retirement, he enjoyed biking and was one of the Srst people in Green Bay to own and ride a mountain bike. In his later years, he enjoyed harvesting hickory nuts. At 93, he became an avid Survivors include his wife, Mary, one son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Marilyn Knuth, three granddaughters, Heidi, Carrie and Beth, one brother, Douglas Knuth.
