WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and process invoices for payment to vendors
Check receiving for accuracy and P.O.’s for pricing differences
Will also manage stressful deadlines
Be willing to work closely with other members of the department and be willing to cross train and help with others jobs when necessary
Collect credits from vendors that are owed to RC Willey
All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
Strong attention to detail
High-level of proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work and contribute in a collaborative team environment
Strong work ethic and high sense of accountability/ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve
